Pianos are heavy, top-heavy and delicate. We use piano boards, padded covers, stair-climbing technique and the right number of hands — never a rushed lift.

Grand pianos are taken off their legs and lyre, strapped to a padded board and re-assembled in place. Tell us the stairs and turns at both addresses and send a photo when you book.

When you book, you choose an available day and start time, tell us about both addresses (stairs, lift, parking) and add photos. You get your code at once, we confirm by email, and on the day you can follow the truck live.
