Delete your Magic Move account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the Magic Move app. It takes a few seconds.
Delete it yourself
- Open My account (website or app) and log in.
- Go to Profile at the bottom of the page.
- Press Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Can’t log in?
Write to bookings@magicmoveapp.com or 0418 634 794 from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your login (password and any Google / Apple link), name, e-mail and mobile on the account.
What we keep, and for how long
Records of moves already booked or done (the job, its address details, messages and payments) are kept by Magic Move for at least five years for invoices, tax and any claim, as Australian law requires — they are no longer linked to an account. You can ask us to erase anything we are not required to keep.
