How do I get a price?+
Book online with the details of your move (photos help). You get your code at once; we review the details and confirm by email with the price before moving day.
Can you move a piano up or down stairs?+
Yes. Tell us how many steps, the turns and send a photo — we bring the right crew and piano equipment.
Do I need to be there on the day?+
You or someone you trust should be at pick-up and drop-off. Add their name and number in the booking as the alternative contact.
What about parking, lifts and loading docks?+
Tell us in the booking. Book your building’s lift or dock for the time of the move and let us know any parking limits — it keeps the move quick.
Can I follow the truck?+
Yes. With your code you can follow the truck live on the map on the day and message the crew or our office with text, photos and voice messages.
Can I add stops?+
Yes — add as many stops as you need (storage unit, second home, a shop pick-up) in the booking, each with its own contact.
What if I need to change the date?+
Message us from your job page or call us. We move the booking to another available day.
